Receta Layered Ham And Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x Double deep dish pie crust
- 1/4 c. Minced onions
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 10 ounce Frzn spinach, thawed and well liquid removed
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 x Egg, separated
- 175 gm Ham slices
- 200 gm Swiss cheese slices
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, saute/fry onion and garlic in margarine for 4-5 mins. Add in spinach and set aside. Whisk together 3 Large eggs and 1 egg white. In pie shell layer half the ham, cheese and spinach mix. Cover with half of the beaten Large eggs. Repeat layers. Cover with top pie crust, seal and flute edges.
- Brush top with remaining egg yolk mixed with 1 tsp. water. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30-35 mins till golden brown. Serve warm or possibly cool. Source Tenderflake Pastry package
