Ingredients: 1 head lettuce, torn in bite size; 1 c. celery, minced; 4 x hard boiled Large eggs, diced; 1 pkt frzn peas, cooked; 1/2 c. green bell pepper, diced; 1 x sweet onion; 8 slc bacon, fried and diced; 1 c. mayonnaise; 1 c. Miracle Whip; 4 ounce cheddar cheese, grated; 2 Tbsp. sugar

Ingredientes

1 head lettuce, torn in bite size
1 c. celery, minced
4 x hard boiled Large eggs, diced
1 pkt frzn peas, cooked
1/2 c. green bell pepper, diced
1 x sweet onion
8 slc bacon, fried and diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Miracle Whip
4 ounce cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

Layer in a 9x12-inch dish the first seven ingredients. Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip salad dressing with sugar. Spread on top as frosting. Top with cheese, cover and chill 8-12 hrs. At serving time garnish with additional bacon and parsley if you like.
