Receta Layered Mexicali Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 16 ounce Rosarita refried beans
- 15 ounce Hunts' tomato sauce special
- 1 1/4 ounce Taco seasoning mix
- 6 x 8" flour tortilla
- 14 1/2 ounce Hunt's choice-cut tomatoes
- 3/4 c. Green onion, sliced
- 4 ounce Rosarita diced green chiles
- 2 1/4 ounce Sliced ripe olives, liquid removed
- 4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded Lowfat sour cream and avocado slice
Direcciones
- In large skillet, brown grnd beef; drain. Stir in beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. In lightly greased 13x9x2" baking dish, place 2 tortillas side by side on bottom of dish. Spread 1/3 of the meat mix over tortillas and sprinkle with 1/3 of each of the tomatoes, green onions, chilies, olives and cheese. Repeat layers twice, ending with cheese. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. before serving. Garnish each serving with lowfat sour cream and an avocado slice, if you like.
