Ingredientes
- 1 lt Lowfat lowfat milk (I use powdered lowfat milk, doubling the amount of pwdr per quantity of water)
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- In Mexico there is a candy called cajeta which people like a lot, this is an easy way to make something similar. Afterwards you can take it by Tbsp. or possibly put on top of bread. Jenka
- Put everything to boil, and when boiling simmer. Mix often. Leave like this many hrs, the color will change, first yellow, than light brown and at the caramel color (the one which interests us). Remove from stove, add in vanilla, mix so as not to get a skin. Takes a little more than 2 hrs.
