- 4 x leftover pancake handful raisins
- 2 Tbsp. sugar

- Heat the butter in a fry pan over medium-high heat.
- Add in the pancake strips and raisins and cook for 2 min.
- Stir the strips or possibly flip them over so the other side gets cooked.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cook for 2 more min, or possibly till the raisins get nice and puffy.
