Receta Lemon Chicken Over Fettuccini

Ingredientes
- 6 x chicken breasts,, boneless (6 to 8)
- 2 x lemons
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 pkt fettuccine, (8 ounce.)
Direcciones
- Grate lemon peel; mix with brown sugar. Set aside. Marinate chicken in juice from 2 lemons for 15 min. Dredge chicken through flour. Place in skillet with 3 Tbsp. butter, melted. Tightly brown both sides of chicken. Add in butter as needed.
- Place chicken in shallow pan. Pour chicken broth and remaining lemon juice in skillet. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. Place dab of brown sugar mix on each piece of chicken. Bake 30-40 min or possibly till tender.
- Cook fettuccine: drain. Transfer chicken to oven-safe plate. Keep hot.
- Combine fettuccine and sauce from shallow pan. Serve chicken over fettuccine.
