Receta Lemon Pasta With Capers

Ingredientes
- 1/2 x recipe lemon pasta or possibly
- 6 ounce uncooked spaghetti
- 2 x cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. margarine or possibly butter
- 1/2 c. dry white wine or possibly apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh or possibly
- 1 tsp dry basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Cook pasta as directed in recipe or possibly on package; drain. Cook garlic in margarine in 1-qt saucepan over medium heat till garlic is golden; remove garlic and throw away. Stir in wine, capers, lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper. Heat just till warm. Toss with warm pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
