Receta Lemon Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick(r) baking mix
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/3 c. Butter, softened
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon peel, grated
- 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350F degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan, 9 X 5 X 3". Beat all ingredients except lemon peel and glaze on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 2 min, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in lemon peel. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40-50 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cold 10 min.
- Invert onto wire rack; cold completely. Drizzle with glaze.
- For glaze beat powdered sugar and lemon juice with spoon till smooth.
