Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. self raising flour
- 1 x egg
- 1/2 c. castor sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar till thick and pale. Add in egg and lemon rind, mix well. Add in sifted flour and stir to combine.
- Spoon tsp. size portions onto a lightly greased baking tray. Sprinkle lightly with sugar, Bake 350 F for 15 min till golden brown.
