- 1 c. Brown rice, cooked
- 1 c. Lentils, cooked
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced fine
- 2 x Egg whites, or possibly 1 egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Bread crumbs, or possibly wheat germ
- 1 c. Tomatoes, canned, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Sage, or possibly other herb
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion until limp, Add in remaining ingredients. Put into Pammed casserole and bake 35 minutes. at 350F.
