Receta Lentil Nut Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Lentils, washed
- 2 c. Water
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 c. Mushrooms, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 c. Nuts, grnd
- 1 c. Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce Salt & pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Mixed herbs
Direcciones
- Cook lentils in water until soft (1/2 hour). Saute/fry onions & mushrooms in oil until soft. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place in a greased baking pan & bake at 350F for 30 min. Garnish with parsley.
