Receta Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 x Unbaked 9 inch (4 c. volume) deep dish pie shells
- 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3 1/2 c. (29 ounce. can) Libby's solid pack pumpkin
- 3 c. (two 12 fluid ounce. cans) carnation evaporated lowfat milk

- Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in medium bowl. Beat Large eggs lightly in bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mix. Gradually stir in evaporated lowfat milk. Pour into pie shells. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 40 to 50 min more or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cold on wire rack for 3 hrs.
- Serve immediately or possibly chill (don't freeze).
