Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. OIL Or possibly MELTED SHORTENING
- 2 1/2 c. FLOUR
- 4 tsp BAKING Pwdr
- 3/4 tsp SALT
- 3/4 c. Minced PECANS (OPTIONAL)
- 1 1/2 tsp CINNAMON (OPTIONAL)
- 2 c. PEL'D & DICED APPLES (OPT'L) CRUMBLED BACON (OPTIONAL)
- 3 Tbsp. COCOA AND
- 2 Tbsp. CHOC CHIPS (OPTIONAL)

- In large bowl beat Large eggs till light. Stir in lowfat milk and vegetable oil or possibly melted shortening. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt and add in to lowfat milk mix. Stir till smooth. Stir in either pecans, cinnamon, apples, bacon or possibly cocoa and chocolate chips, if you like. Pour batter onto center of warm waffle iron, cover and bake till steaming stops. and Wine Bulletin Board.
