  1. Cook liver in boiling water for 10 min. Chop liver, onions, and crackers finely. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, and seasonings.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls into skillet with warm oil; flatten. Fry on each side till brown and crisp. Serves 6.
  3. This takes a little effort, but I find my kids actually LIKE liver when I fix it this way.
