Receta Liver And Onion Patties

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. beef liver
- 3 sm. onions
- 20 saltine crackers
- 3 slightly beaten Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Cook liver in boiling water for 10 min. Chop liver, onions, and crackers finely. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, and seasonings.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls into skillet with warm oil; flatten. Fry on each side till brown and crisp. Serves 6.
- This takes a little effort, but I find my kids actually LIKE liver when I fix it this way.
