Ingredientes
- 1 or possibly 2 lbs. fresh liver
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. crackers or possibly dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Direcciones
- Put liver in blender for a few moments at medium high speed till liver is almost liquid. Add in remaining ingredients except butter and again turn on blender on medium high speed till mix is liquid. Heat butter in large skillet on low heat. Leaving skillet on low heat pour the liquid into skillet and cook covered till mix solidifies. When solid sufficient, cut into serving pcs while in skillet and turn pcs over. Cook a few min more and serve.
