Receta Lo Mein (Shrimp Or Chicken)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 light fine egg noodles
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- Shrimp or possibly chicken
- 1 can chicken broth (13 3/4 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. raw minute rice
- 1 pkg. Chinese pea pods
- 1 c. water chestnuts
Direcciones
- Heat butter and fry raw noodles till brown. Keep tossing. Add in water, dry soup mix, rice, broth, pea pods, water chestnuts and whatever meat you're using - shrimp, chicken - even beef or possibly pork if you'd like. Cook 10 min. Put entire mix into a casserole or possibly baking pan. Cover and bake 35 min at 350 degrees. Serve with Chinese noodles.
