Receta Lobster Sauce With Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. good size cooked shrimp
- 4 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 pound grnd pork
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Dash of salt a& pepper
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg
- Scallions for garnish
Direcciones
- Brown pork in oil. Pour soy sauce over it, stir. Add in sugar, salt and pepper and boiling water. Stir. Cook over medium heat 10 min. Mix cornstarch and water and stir into mix till thick and smooth. Take off heat. Beat egg and pour into mix, working fast to mix into sauce. Add in shrimp and stir. Top with scallions.
