Receta Loin Roast With Smoky Barbecue Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 x Tendersweet loin roast
- 25 gm Butter, (1oz)
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp. Dark brown soft sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dry mustard pwdr
- 1 tsp Clear honey
- 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Cook the loin roast following the guidelines on the pack.
- 2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat the butter, add in onion and garlic and cook for 5 min till softened.
- 3. Add in remaining ingredients, 150 ml (1/4 pint) water and seasoning to taste.
- 4. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min, stirring occasionally
- NOTES : A quick and easy loin roast.
