Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Boiling water
- 1 c. Quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. White sugar
- 2 c. Plain flour
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1 tsp Grated orange rind
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Whipping cream
- 1 c. Nuts
Direcciones
- Combine oatmeal and water and let stand 15 min. Grease and flour 9"x12"x2" pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat butter, Large eggs, and sugar till creamy. Add in oatmeal, flour, salt, soda, orange rind and nuts. Beat 2 min. Bake for 45 to 60 min. Add in topping and return to oven on broil for 2 min.
