Ingredientes
- 12 x Chicken drumettes Freshly grnd pepper -- to Taste
- 1 Tbsp. Honey Cayenne pepper -- to taste
- 1 x Clove garlic -- finely Chopped
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard Whole wheat bread crumbs -- Very finely grnd
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Remove as much skin as possible from drummettes. Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
- 2. Combine honey, cayenne, garlic, and mustard. Brush mix onto chicken, coating all sides lightly and proportionately, then dip in bread crumbs.
- 3. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake till light brown (about 30 min). Serve warm.
- Makes 12 drummettes.
