Receta Low Calorie Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Lowfat cottage cheese
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley -- minced
- 10 ml Garlic -- minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- In blender or possibly food processor, mix cottage cheese till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients and blend.
- Makes about 3 c. dressing for greensalads. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
- Size: 2 Tbsp.
