Receta Holiday Mexican Fruit Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 (19 ounce.) can crushed pineapple (in heavy syrup)
- 2 Large eggs (beaten)
- 1 c. minced walnuts (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well, using an electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till done. Frost warm or possibly cooled cake with Fruit Cake Frosting.
