  • 12 ounce No Yolk Noodles
  • 1 pt skim lowfat milk (2 c.)
  • 1 stk margargine
  • 1 ct Egg Beaters (= 4 Large eggs) (Carol uses 1 whole egg and 6 egg whites)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lb lowfat cottage cheese
  • 8 ounce low fat or possibly nonfat Columbo vanilla yogurt

Direcciones

  1. Cook up and drain noodles. Heat together the lowfat milk and margarine, add in to noodles. Mix together the Egg Beaters and 1 c. sugar, add in to noodles. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Add in raisins if you want. Pour into pyrex casserole. Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes crumbs (you can buy these already made). Bake 2 hrs at 325 degrees. For the last 1/2 hour to 20 min, cover with tin foil.
