- 2 Cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 - 2 Cups Low Fat buttermilk
- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup sugar (Depending on the sweetness of your ice cream)
- 1 TSP lemon zest

- Add buttermilk, sugar, and lemon zest to blender. Blend for 30 seconds to dissolve sugar.
- Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
- Top with whipped cream and a cherry if you want to make it pretty. :-)
