Receta Low Fat Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Water
- 4 ounce Pear baby food
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Bread flour
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Raisins, optional Minced nuts, optional
Direcciones
- 1. Combine first 9 ingredients (Water throuth Yeast), in bread machine pan in the order recommended by manufacturer. Set on dough cycle.
- 2. When cycle is complete, remove dough from pan to a lightly floured surface. If neccesary add in sufficient flour to make dough easy to handle. Let rise 15 min.
- 3. Roll dough into 14 by 10 in rectangle. For filling brush honey on dough; proportionately sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnimon raisins and nuts.
- Beginning at long end, roll up tightly, healthy pinch ends to seal. Cut into 8 equal pcs. place cut side up on greased 9 inch round cake pan or possibly 11 by 7 inch baking pan.
- 4. Cover and let rise till doubled in size, 30-45 min.
- 5. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min or possibly till done. Remove from pan and cold on rack. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Icing. (See Recipe).
