Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Canned pumpkin
- 13 ounce Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 8 pkt Equal sweetener, 16 tsp.
- 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 . Lightly grease or possibly spray 9" pie pan with PAM. Mix all ingredients together. Blend 1 minute or possibly beat 2 min. Pour into pie pan and bake 50 min or possibly till center is puffed up.
