Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter (cut up)
- 2 1/3 c. bread flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. flaked shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/3 c. minced macadamia nuts
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon if you like
Direcciones
- Drain the pineapple well. Juice may be substituted for up to 2/3 of the water.
- ** May use regular lowfat milk for water and powdered lowfat milk. Put all ingredients into pan. Select LIGHT crust, sweet bread.
