  • 2 pound grnd meat (turkey or possibly beef)
  • 2 cans bean sprouts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • Any minced vegetable can be added, i.e. Chinese cabbage or possibly water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers

Direcciones

  1. Fry meat and add in rest of ingredients except wrappers. Let cold. Separate the wrappers. Place 2 Tbsp. of meat mix onto wrappers and roll up. Seal with water. Fry in oil till lightly brown and drain.
