- Lumpia wrappers
- 1/4 kilo grnd pork
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. flour or possibly more
- 2 Large eggs
- Seasoning - pepper, salt, green lemons
Direcciones
- Cube carrots, onions and celery. Beat Large eggs and mix with other ingredients. Roll up in lumpia wrappers and fry in warm oil.
