Receta Mac and Cheese Pasta Salad
This is so easy and good. It's a great summertime salad for the backyard bbq or burger cookout.
Ingredientes
- 1 16 oz. box elbow macaroni (I use large), or favorite pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar, or 8 oz. cheese cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or more
- 2-3 tbs. sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup minced celery
- 2 tbs. chopped scallions
- 1 small Roma, seeded, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped ham, or 2 tbs. chopped bacon
- 1/2 tbs. vinegar
- fresh minced parsley
- dash Worcestershire
- dash Tabasco
- optional: sliced olives
- garnish: paprika
Direcciones
- In salted water, cook macaroni according to package directions, drain.
- Lay 4-6 paper towels on your counter and dry the macaroni, place in a salad bowl.
- Mix everything together, top with paprika, place in fridge.
