Receta Stove Top Mac and Cheese

Ingredientes
- 2 Lg eggs
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1/4 t hot red sauce
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1 t dry mustard dissolved in 1 t h2o
- 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni - cooked...put aside
- 4 T unsalted butter
- 12 oz Wisconson Sharp or Montary Jack Extra Sharp....Cheese....or whatever cheese you want....amt is optional depending on how cheesy you want your mac and cheese to be
Direcciones
- Mix eggs, evap milk, pepper, salt, hot sauce and mustard
- Pour that mixture over macaroni
- Add 3/4 cheese cut up or shredded in w/mac
- On stove top: Stir frequently and cook on low until all cheese is melted
