Receta Macaroni And Cheese Like A Greek Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb Macaroni
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fruity extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Wine viinegar
- 2 ounce Feta cheese
- 4 x Or possibly 5 Kalamata or possibly other Greek olives, pitted and quartered
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano Freshly grnd pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni until tender. Drain well. Transfer to a mixing bowl and toss immediately with the extra virgin olive oil. Add in vinegar and toss again. Add in the feta, olives, oregano, and pepper. (Additional salt pby not necessary because of feta.) Toss again. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature.
- Yield: 1-2 servings
