  • 3/4 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 med. onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • Hamburger, cooked (optional - or possibly ham or possibly broccoli)
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan or possibly 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or possibly Swiss cheese
  • Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Cook elbow macaroni and drain. In small skillet saute/fry onion in butter till soft and transparent. In a bowl combine macaroni, onion and all other ingredients; stir to combine.
  2. Spoon macaroni mix into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish, sprinkle slightly with paprika. Bake 30 min at 325 degrees. Cut into squares and serve.
