  • 2 pound stew meat
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled & minced
  • 3/4 soup can of water or possibly wine
  • 4 carrots, cleaned & minced
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can English peas

Direcciones

  1. Combine meat, soup, onion and potatoes in covered casserole or possibly pot. Add in water or possibly wine. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Cover and cook for 5 hrs in 250 degree oven. Add in carrots and peas and cook for 30 min more. Serve with corn bread or possibly noodles.
