Ingredientes
- 1 c. Creamed Small-Curd Cottage Cheese
- 1 c. Dairy Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Prepared Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, Minced
- 2 lb New Potatoes, Cooked Peeled And Diced
- 2 c. Fully Cooked Ham, Cubed
- 1/2 c. Green Onions, Sliced
- 1/2 c. Celery, Finely Minced
- 2 lrg Large eggs, Hard Cooked, Minced Lettuce Leaves Paprika
Direcciones
- Combine the cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper, and parsley in a salad bowl. Add in the potatoes, ham, green onions, celery and Large eggs. Toss to mix well. Cover and chill for several hrs or possibly till well chilled.
- TO SERVE:Arrange the salad on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with paprika
