Receta Mallow Creme Fudge (Fantasy Fudge)

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Margarine
- 2/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 ounce Marshmallow creme
- 1 c. Nuts
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, margarine, and lowfat milk in heavy 2.5qt saucepan; bring to full rolling bowl, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or possibly till candy thermometer reaches 234f stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in chips till melted. Add in marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla; beat till well blended. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Cold at room temperature, cut into squares.
