Ingredientes

  • 5 stk butter or possibly light Margarine
  • 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 x Roma tomatoes, seed -- cut In Strips
  • 2 bn Green onions -- minced
  • 24 x Artichoke hearts -- minced
  • 1/2 c. Fresh parsley -- minced
  • 1/2 c. Fresh basil -- minced
  • 200 ml Garlic -- sliced
  • 4 tsp Salt or possibly to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper or possibly to taste
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper or possibly to taste
  • 5 lb Shrimp, cook -- peel Pasta

Direcciones

  1. This makes about 1 gallon of sauce. Heat margarine and oil in heavy pan.
  2. Add in onions, herbs and garlic and saute/fry briefly. Add in shrimp and seasonings and heat; then add in artichoke hearts and tomatoes and heat. Don't cook for long; tomatoes should remain hard. Serve over pasta. Source Times-Picayune,
