Receta Mandarin Orange Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. frzn orange juice
- 1 c. mandarin oranges, cut up & liquid removed
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a floured loaf pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour. While still warm, place on a rack and cover with 1/2 c. frzn orange juice that has been mixed with 3/4 c. powdered sugar as a glaze.
