Receta Mandarin Spinach Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce.) pkg. sliced almonds
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. fresh spinach, washed, stems removed, chilled
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, liquid removed & chilled
Direcciones
- Salad: Cook bacon till crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside. Saute/fry almonds in bacon grease over medium heat till lightly brown. Drain. In a large bowl, toss spinach and oranges. Stir in dressing and almonds. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
- Dressing: Combine first 10 ingredients in a qt jar and shake well. Add in a healthy pinch of dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Chill. Keeps indefinately. Makes 4 c..
