- 6 c. fresh spinach leaves, washed, stemmed and torn
- 1 1/4 c. (1 medium) unpeeled, minced red apple
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp minced Chutney
- 3/4 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- FOR SALAD: COMBINE spinach, apple, raisins and green onion in large bowl; chill for 5 min. FOR DRESSING: COMBINE vegetable oil, vinegar, chutney, curry pwdr, mustard and salt in small bowl. Pour over salad; toss well to coat.
