Receta Mandel Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- Raisins and minced or possibly slivered almonds (walnuts may also be used)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in a mixer. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Add in baking pwdr and vanilla. Add in flour slowly. Dough may get thick. Stir in nuts and raisins.
- On a greased cookie sheet, make 2 loaves of dough and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Take out baked loaves and slice into 1 inch pcs. Separate pcs and put back in oven for 5 min to get crisp.
