Receta Mango Chutney Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. mango chutney (Major Grey's)
- Salt & pepper
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 3/4 c. oil
Direcciones
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor. Blend 60 seconds. Dribble extra virgin olive oil in slowly with motor running. Continue adding oil slowly till proper consistency is desired. Chill.
