Receta Mango Ginger Dessert Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 x mangoes
- 1/3 c. sugar (caster)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp ginger, crushed
Direcciones
- Peel, seed and dice mango.
- Combine sugar and water in a pan, bring to the boil, add in mango, lemon juice and ginger and simmer 10 min. Allow to cold.
- Blend or possibly process till smooth; chill before using.
- Serve with fresh fruits or possibly ice-cream.
- Makes about 2 c..
