Receta Mango Salad (Vegetarian)
Tangy-spicy-crunchy mango salad.
Ingredientes
- I medium size unripe mango - remove skin and seed, slice as thin as possible.
- 3 garlic - chopped
- 5 shallots - sliced thinly
- 2 red chilies - chopped
- 2 stalks coriander leaves - chopped/shredded
- 2 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp powdered palm sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Fry shallots in oil till cripsy and crunchy.
- Remove, add in a large mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- Toss all together.
- Done!!!!
