Receta Maple Barbecued Pork Ribs

Ingredientes
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 x garlic cloves pressed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp warm sauce
- 3 lb country-style pork ribs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper - (to 1 1/2)
Direcciones
- Bring first 11 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 min. Cold. Reserve 1 c. maple sauce.
- Rub ribs proportionately with lemon pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium heat (300 to 350 degrees) 25 to 30 min on each side. Brush 1 side with maple sauce, and cook 10 to 15 more min. Serve with reserved maple sauce.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
