Receta Maple Sugar Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Pumpkin solid-pack
- 2 Tbsp. Flour all-purpose
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon grnd
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg grnd
- 1/2 tsp Ginger grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine softend
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 x 9 inch unbaked pie shell Whipped cream optional
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except last two. Pour into the pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for about 45 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cold to room temperature. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream if you like.
- Makes 8 servings.
