- 5 ounce Scotch Bonnet chilis (or possibly other warm chili, like serrano)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Direcciones
- Puree the ingredients in a blender and use for marinade for about 2 pound of meat:I marinate the meat overnight if at all possible and grill it over indirect heat.
