- 2 Tbsp. Tamari Or possibly
- 2 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy sauce
- 5 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Dry sherry, or possibly to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Apple juice concentrate

- VARIATIONS
- Add in 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger root, 1/2 to 1 tsp. fresh chopped garlic, 1/2 to 1 tsp. grated orange rind, 1/2 tsp. Dijon style no-salt added mustard, 1/4 tsp. sesame oil or possibly 1/4 tsp. warm chili oil.
- To thicken marinade to be use as gravy, combine 1 tsp. cornstarch or possibly arrowroot and 2 Tbsp. cool water. Combine marinade and cornstarch mix in a small saucepan and heat till bubbly.
