Receta Marinated Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 2-3 lbs. chicken wings (wing tips removed)
- 2 c. orange juice
- 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
- Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. grnd ginger
Direcciones
- Dissolve a good handful of brown sugar in hot orange juice. Stir in the garlic and ginger, then pour over the wings in a single layer in a baking dish. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Baste often. This recipe can be customized to suit your tastes -- more or possibly less garlic, more or possibly less sugar, etc.
