Receta Marinated Scallops Melon And Mango

Ingredientes
- 8 lrg scallops without corals
- 8 x scallop corals
- 4 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 1 ounce pickted ginger shredded
- 4 ounce sugar snap peas blanched
- 1 sm galia melon cubed
- 1 x mango peeled and diced
- 1 x chilli finely diced
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. liquid honey
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced coriander leaves
Direcciones
- Poach the corals in the wine for two min cold and dice.
- Thinly slice the scallops horizontally.
- Combine the scallops corals ginger peas melon mango and chilli.
- Toss this mix in a dressing made from the remaining ingredients and the natural juices from the fruits.
- Season to taste.
- Raw scallops are sweet tender and delicious.
- In fact by the time you eat them they will have been "cooked" by the marinade.
